That would be an awesome morning, it is so peaceful here on Sunday mornings. Like this morning kinda weird, there is a Detroit Edison power plant pretty close, and the only thing I hear is the cooling fountains, sounds like a huge water fall, along with all the birds, I love it. :v:

Cloning the old fashion way.

Got this 9 place cloner a while back, just never started using it. Going to start, @PreyBird1 is there anything special to do, I believe water temp around 70 degs, 5.8 to 6 on ph.with some clonex mix in to get 300 to 400 ppm. Is there a length of stem that should be through the puck? And water just spraying on stems, stem not in water?

Yea stems not in water.
When you get ready to clone set up the cloner and get it running and spraying. Get all the tags/labels ready. Then do one cut at time. You want at least 1 node below the pucks. I tend to grab smaller side shoots and pull them down peeling the stem skin down and off. Or i use my scalpel and remove any leaves or pre flowers that will be below the collar/puck but cut them off right flush at the stem. Then Dip the stem into the clonex gel covering all the stem up and over everything you just cut off. So all the stem below the collar should be dipped. Dont scrape any off hold the puck in one hand spread open then pull the cut out of the clonex and quickly slip it in and get it in the cloner pronto! Now repeat and try and do it fast and neat! Your pucks are new take em out and open them because ther stuck in the center a bit. wash the cloner out before using it.

also have an extra puck to plug the cloner up when when you take a puck out to put a plant in. Or youll get squirted or make a big mess but running cloner is the best way to avoid some wilt. Because they fall over and act dead and limp just wait they’re come back up. A dome stops the wilt but i find its better to just let the clones acclimate as there enviroment is. Or you have to acclimate them later when the domes come off! Or they dry out and burn quick.

Thank you for you time sir. :v:

Do you leave your cloner on all the time? I’ve heard from several other growers that they run it for like 15 minutes per hour on the timer or something. :man_shrugging: Just curious what you do.
