My Journey ... So far

I started grown in 2020, When the market tanked in the fall of 2022 I closed down my 40x60 commercial location by December. I used, foxfarms, cyco, athena ag and jacks. they all do well if one follows the feed schedule(s) they have. Jacks is the best bang/buck. I did not start growing again until June 2024 when I found a box of seeds and in the box among about 30 other seeds I picked out 2 Norther Light Blue seeds, germinated and moved them to12 gallon pots, went on a vacation for a month and when I arrived home took cones… the rest his history.

I grow hydro with 1 gallon coco coir 3x washed pots, I soak for them for 24hrs in veg nutrients ph adjusted to 5.88 with 2x 5x5x7 tents and have a 2x4x5 tent.
I setup a RO system as my well water is +1200ppm water was tested nothing bad just iron mineral heavy which takes my ppm’s down to 10-20. I use JR Peters Jacks 321 part A+B+Magnesium sulfate, bloom, finish and clone, I use a magnetic stirrer for mixing. I use 13 gallon reservoirs that I fill with 10 gallons after all the nutrients are added I adjust the ph between 5.88-5.91 and jacks doesn’t drift much the most Ive seen is when on week 1 flour (bloom) it drifted up to 6.02. I do water changes weekly and generally don’t have much waste water maybe 1-2 gallons a week. I scrub/clean hoses, pumps and reservoirs ever week.

What type of watering system do you use?

I’m a little confused by what you mean by watering system, 13 gallon rez filled with 10 gallons of ro water with jacks nutes ph’ed to 5.88-5.92, I use Active Aqua Submersible Pump 251 GPH, connected to 5/8inch tubing with barbed t’s to 1/4 hose, floraflex 3" Matrix Circulator with a BN-LINK 7 Day Heavy Duty Digital Programmable Timer set to feed 1 minute 15 minute after light on once a day for veg and 3x 30 seconds for bloom. Hope that answered the question lol.

LOL yeah the one pheno is pretty different, the dark green was a lil mutant from the start with that double saw tooth witch according to some make it the “best”.

I dunno, one of my cultivators back when I had a commercial grow said to me when I asked about things “its just weed” that’s one of the saddest things Ive ever heard

A little update, The day before harvest one of the plants, as the pots were super light as a dryback/out before harvest, causing one plant to fall into another damage wasn’t to bad first picture set… I did about 30-33ish hrs of dark before harvest. pictures of them in the dry room. for entertainment pictures of the roots after harvest clean up.

Some awesome looking buds for sure…your first pic, those leaves shiny, and curled under and super dark green, that is nitrogen toxicity. I know, I did it to one of mine a few years back. Flushed the bejabbers out of it and it finally came around and finished. I Fu barred mine earlier than you did, it just stopped growing, took it weeks and many flushes to start growing again. It because of that turned out to be a runt, but it was oh so good lol. Got frostier than any of the others from the same seed. Mine was a Gelato OG Kush that I did it to.

Thanks for that information! yeah I did not notice till later in flower and was like well… the buds are still swelling lol… its crazy to me there are the same genetics but two different pheno’s and the other was almost deficient…
