How about Saban retiring? Great coach, he’ll be hard to replace. @flannigan
I never liked watching sports man unless i go watch a high school game but its been years. I keep mentioning i should to get out but if you like them hey thats cool.
I can’t believe its still putting out white hair
If they r being fed food they will keep shooting whites as the grow part helps shoot new stuff. If u let that thing go too long it gonna be total upset with the finished product. I did a Maui waui and let it go because it kept shooting whites and it was the most horrific taste I ever experienced so far. Lol. My mom and aunt loved it because it didn’t bake them out their minds but I didn’t care for it the taste was altered by dead tricks and terps and the plant itself was just on the way dry side of things even to keep jarred and temoisten it didn’t seem to help at all. Lol. And I had a lot of that Maui waui like 4 gallon cup lock bags full packed and 10 half gallon wide mouth jars filled
I use these tools to dry and cure and I haven’t ever had that problem since. It’s been working great for me over the last 4 and a half years.
Depending on the moisture levels I use these to add moisture to the flower.
If the moisture level is to high I use the 42 or 56 Boveda packs.
What reading do you go by after you use the moisture meter? I mean ghe reading then you put in containers then boveda?
While drying the flower I have this meter set for soft wood, when it hits 25% or close to it, I buck the flower and run it in my tumbler trimmer. After trimming I place it in the Cvault with the 62% pack and check it everyday to see what if the flower is gaining moisture, after a couple of days if I’m seeing it is still to low or too high I change to a different level of packs to either raise or lower the moisture level. When I think it’s close to what I want I switch back to the 62% Boveda pack. I have another way I use to increase the moisture level however I don’t really like sharing that method because if it’s not done right a person with little experience will wind up with moldy flower. I almost forgot to add that if you’re using the Boveda packs try not to overload your container and make sure the Boveda pack is not directly touching your flower so you get the 2 way action from the pack.
No it isn’t.
Since we are talking drying and curing this morning, I’m waiting on @PreyBird1 to give a review on his Cannatrol he just purchased. If it works good for him I’m going to save up for one.
Thanks man i have been thinking about a wood moisture meter every since you first mentioned it that i heard of anyways .
Do you stick the meter probe into flower or stalk?
You can do it either way, I prefer checking flower because I can see whats going on after the flowers are bucked and trimmed.
I know a few who went and grabbed one. @pr1 went and got one and raced on it and a few others on ilgm did the same. @bulldognuts just got one also. They r sweet and do a nice job hassle free but the price for the size turns me off. If u hang dry a day or 2 then go in cannacure u can get a bit more in for the try and cure. Says it holds perfect now just a way for one of us brainiacs to come up with a way to covert a full sized stand up freezer into one of these and not cost 5 grand to do and id ve down to make a big one.
I saw the price on the home use one and got sticker shock. The commercial walk-in one’s price could cause a heart attack or stroke if you click on it first. Lol!
Lol yeah its not cheap and i want it. So its taken longer for it to be custom wrapped with my logos and window tint. It added a 2 week delay. It should be here soon! Im super excited about it though!
Day 139. I’ll post a dry weight after it drys. The roots look a little yellow in the picture, however they are white in real life.
Sad to see her go. But what a Amazing grow @nacho151 . Can’t wait to hear about her total weight. Enjoy all your hard work.
And im looking forward to seeing your next grow with your new PVC setup.
With the weather we had along with the predictive weather I don’t plan to start to grow again until the end of February or the beginning of March.
