NEW Types of Boosters - Silver Rabbit & Green Dragon FREE SAMPLES!

Do you send to Canada?

We are already talking about this in private message but I’ll talk a little more here where people can see it. One of the drawbacks to LED lighting is that the lack of UVB spectrum leads to lower visible trichomes and lower terpene percentages (although THC production can at times actually increase when switching to LED).

By supplementing LED grows with our potassium acetate, the plant is given a shortcut to the materials that prime one out of two terpene synthesis pathways (along with all cannabinoid synthesis pathways, KREBS cycle for carbohydrate reserves, root production, some forms of plant immunity, etc etc.) So nutritionally, we are able to fill in the gaps that have been a disadvantage to LED growers.

The potassium acetate is in almost all of our products, but the Green Dragon is a very concentrated and fairly isolated mix of 19% potassium acetate with 6% sulfur content, designed specifically for terpene enhancement / plant finishing if you will, although it can be used in a nearly infinite number of ways. Right now we are just selling directly and online through Agron, we have larger distribution channels in the works, but we certainly can get it anywhere in the US.

Now for the big question about using Green Dragon in conjunction with UVB. Of course, we also work under HPS lights that do have a UVB spectrum, and while they are known for producing higher yields, I believe a lot of the actual reasoning behind that has to do with the radioactive spectrum that high pressure sodiums produce. Some research suggests that outside of using the UVB spectrum for terpene and trichome enhancement, that there might actually be some disadvantage to plants receiving UVB spectrum, such as it acting as a natural plant growth regulator for example, causing stunted growth and thinner stems and leaves during formative periods such as transition into flower. However, by the time you are supplementing your plants with UVB as a finisher within the last two or three weeks I would assume, your plants should be done with any sort of structural growing, and I can’t really see anything that would go wrong. Once all of the plant’s metabolic needs are met and it is finishing at its maximum potential, the plant doesn’t blow up or hermie, according to our research it just finishes faster.

U are right on LEDs missing the UVB but it’s so cheap to add it in I have the 4 foot agro max pure uv fluorescent bulb in my tent. When u add those bulbs u have to know what ur doing I thought I did but my last run burned even with the bulb only on for 12 min a hour for 8 of the 12 hours and at 24 to 36 inches. This run started to burn a little even at 8 min and 36 inches. So I went back and watched the migro video on them.and shane was running the 2 FOOT NOT 4 FOOT which is where I messed up the 2 foot has 3 watts of uvb which is enough for a 1 sq meter space at a total time of 1 hr a day so doing the math 6 watts of uvb is double that and even though I have a 4x4 it’s way to much power for the time I had it on. So i trimmed the browning yellow leaves raised it to the roof about 40 to 46 inches and have it on 4 min per hour for 8 hours and all is great and happy.

what timer are you using for that frequency ?

Frequency? Idk lol but im.using the hydro farm digital timer

That is a great looking plant!

Not yet. I wish. Canada is very tough to get microbially active products registered, but I do believe that we will be working on getting the inert products approved up there in the very near future.
