Hello, I’ve been using GH line nutes, including Kool bloom plus humic acid, recharge and mychorizae.
I prefer coco/perlite as medium and drain to waste. What other quality options would I consider over GH?

There are a lot of different alternatives to gh but honestly it’s a really good nute line. I use it for rdwc and I’ve used it for drain to waste but it’s not as forgiving on the microbial life in your soil like say fox farm organics. I’m using current solutions for one of my rdwc and gh for the other. No considerable differences yet most lines do the same thing. I’ve heard great things about Nectar from the Gods, another somewhat organic line. They use calcium to preserve their nutrients so they can’t say it’s 100 percent organic.
So an organic line would be fine in coco? I heard somewhere that organic nutes were only used in soil medium.
Hi @chaosweaver
I can suggest looking into Ventana Plant Sciences. We currently have several growers using their nutrients on GN as test grows. Its also sold by growershouse.com. Check them out.

Would this line be good for vegetable plants also? For instance, tomatoes don’t need a 12 hour light cycle but most feeding charts have directions for 18/6 and 12/12.
I think nutrients for cannabis work well for tomatoes and roses too. In the old days, a good tactic to ask a horticultural shop was to ask for nutrients for your tomatoes. However things might have changed. @mike.c might be able to answer that better.
