Is the Cherry bomb a female or reg? I was eyeing those too. 
I am not sure what size pots you are going into. But I have found in coco. You really don’t need bigger than a 5 gallon unless you may be shooting for a lb.

Regular seeds. I usually use 7 gallon pots I have to see what I have.

That is a marijuana induced stoner project if ever. That is just epic with baffles too. Gotta hand it to ya, $$$ saver. I seen someones else’s attempt but they cut an access door and admitted they wouldn’t go that route again. I don’t have to worry about the frozen soil part…lol EVER!

Yes it is most of my projects are stoned induced . I work my best that way.

Next stage is set. Coco washed and soaked in some cal-mag. Mixed in perlite as well. Just have to ad the compost which is ready to go.

Once you start growing to you continue to use calmag or is the soaking all it needs?

The washing is mostly to remove the fine dust. The 10lb brick is supposed to make 13 gallons. I shifted out 10 gallons and the rest was dust material or just to fine. That is the stuff you don’t want. It can cause root damage from being so wet for to long.

I’m just going to try a couple of plants at first.

Well I only do 4 plants and going all in. I kind of need to figure it out so I know what to expect from the next batch of soil. Right now I have approx 28 gallons of soil mix. So probably run 5 gallon bags so that way to have enough soil. I usually run 7 gallon but that would be tight on soil. It would leave no room for error.

Great work. Looks very good. I need to do the same soon. Mines a cheater though. Its not full coco. It has additives already.
