Go to a cvs/walgreens/walmart and pick up a 100 ml syringe for taking liquid meds with. The pharmacy will hand them out, just say you have 3 kids taking cough medicine and would like a syringe for each and you got seedling water guns for years.
That is exactly what I did.
Yeah id say leave them be for 2 or 3 days not strong light so u dont burn them. At lights off mist the leaves with some ro water maybe thats all make sure leaves r dry when lights come on so u dont burn any.

Hey I had the same thing happen from over watering…
But I let it dry out and it mad a complete turn around… of course it is behind but it is a photo so I can grow it longer if I need to

I went from growing in coco to soil I needed a change i was killing everything I started… and I mean everything lol… so this one is one I saved… I washed the roots off in a bucket of water and a spray bottle got it down to bare roots and replanted into soil

Sooooo, I don’t have my girls on a light cycle right now, 24/7. I’m gonna start them on a four hour dark/twenty hour light cycle, good idea?
Some will say 24 hour on, some say 18on/6off.
I use 24 if my lights get messed up (like a power outage) to push them back into veg.
Some say plants need a sleep cycle, some don’t.
I know it’s not super helpful but you are ok with whatever you choose.
I do gas lantern when in veg. From the time I split the seed. So you can do it anyway you want.

I like this move here… the clear cups as domes. A long time ago when I was 18 my brother and I found some old book called (grow your own stone) and it gave me a nice technique for seedlings pretty similar to this. start your seed in a solo cup, water it a little then put a sandwich baggy over the cup. only did it a couple of times but it worked every time back then. I think I really like your method here, ima try it myself when I get started. Thanks for the idea bro
