This is what 60 watts of 420nm Actinic looks like. This wavelength is right on the verge of Ultra Violet… 20nm left and we are in the Ultra range. You can see it picking up a white towel.
420nm and 440nm are good finishing spectrums. I sourced the diodes, heat sink, power, thermal pads, etc. all from RapidLED.

Yeah, crazy eh ?!?! The diodes can actually handle more. I don’t like to push ‘em too hard.

Yes you could and can. Even soldering diodes is cake… gotta have a good gun (iron). I like the quick connects in case I wanna change out diodes real quick or play with spectrums.
