RapidLED sells the substrate in multiple sizes. The heat sinks… That was a complete disaster. I designed them and sent the order off to a metal fabricator in California. Those assholes sent the order to China. Took me 6 months for six heat sinks and they did not tap them. I had to do all of that even though I paid for it…
Messed up a grow cycle… I am still pissed about that and it has been years

Rapid sells heat sinks that are predrilled and tapped for most major COB’s and Chilled Logic boards.
I ordered my heat sinks before I knew about Rapid. I get most of my light build components from them now
