Yes they would survive shipping. And this is the preferred medium to ship in. The gel holds them nicely. You could very easily order a mother. I would imagine they would be priced as size or stage of growth. Commerical grows will actually order this way. Im not shipping anything. But thats kind of a private question about shipping. And it’s illegal stuff and that really is not the best 1st post you made there. Kinda a red flag buddy. We only have knowledge here nothing more sorry to disappoint and welcome to the network! Well help you anytime. Hell if it wasnt illegal here i would possibly ship. Because this is a stealthy way to ship a small plant. The explant can be cut down to almost nothing and it will still grow. It could be hard to tell what it is.
