After I left pest control/nursery work I told myself I would never wear a respirator or mix toxic chemicals ever again. 
I was wrong but the stuff I’m spraying now is totally safe. Respirators and tyvek suits are overkill. Just disinfectant in the dry rooms.
Finally finished the last bit of Pineapple Chunk. It was the biggest batch I’ve trimmed. Took forever.
Started on Dutch Treat, one of my all time favorites.

Sorry for being lazy with the posts. Been extra busy with the holidays. Took some samples to the dispensary I used to work at Friday. Didn’t take pictures because I don’t want to increase any potential security risks for the shop. I’ll make sure to get some nug porn shots tomorrow.

so… on the subject of mixing chems… recently one of my bosses from working a certain canni farm for 10 yrs had to have brain surgery to remove a fungal tumor in his head that effected his spine and legs. it took a long time for them to figure out what the problem was, and as it turns out long term cannabis users are 40% more likely to develop fungal problems. i went n got tested in case, but im clear. there were 2 main types of fungal infection that were found in users/growers, fungal menengitus and one that started with an “A.” it was linked to the chems we’d been using, so remember: all natural/all organic does not mean safe! nightshade is all natural, all organic lol.
don’t know if it really applies, but i saw the respirator and it came to mind. protect your self.

Yeah I’m not surprised. Chronic exposure to anything can be really bad for you. I used to mix 50 gal drums of glyphosate with blue dye packs. Now people are suing over the adverse side effects from a “safe” herbicide.

They have found that people who use nose rinses can have a weird fungal thing, too, and people have died from it. It’s thought to be due to people using tap water with that salty rinse instead of distilled water. Too bad, too, because I DETEST paying for water. LOL. But, this is good info to have, too. Thanks!

My daily dose of trim hash. Also 30 grams of hash I made from dry sift. My press broke though and had to do 20 grams or so with just my digits. My fingers are pretty damn sore still. Never again. Buying a high quality pollen press asap.

couldn’t help but notice the ink, nice! “trim hash”… is that the stuff collecting on blades and scissors, and my fingertips? or is there a process to get THAT MUCH trim hash?

yeah, i got a lil practice lol. we call the stuff on our fingers “finger hash” and stuff off the scissors or autotrimmers “blade hash” cus people were all worried bout germs lol. but… you… got SO MUCH. i worked for a 72 plant medicinal outfit for 10 yrs or so, and we had to hold and trim in a way as to NOT pull that much… “quit finger f*ckin the GD plants” direct quote from my boss who’s now 2 yr into a 6 yr bid… needless to say, i don’t work there anymore and i gotta think bout what i learned there. not all of it was good lol

The biggest reason I get so much every day is because I only use scissors when absolutely necessary. Most sugar leaf can be brushed off easily when cured properly. I also rub the leaves in my trim bin gently between my fingers every couple seconds.

Also I don’t keep blade hash very often. And when I do I make other product out of it. Tastes like a trees asshole.

Try trimming Gorilla Glue… you have to be switching scissors… then wipe em down with alcohol.

Gorilla Glue was a good grower round here, thick as all hell lol. i keep a lil mason jar with 99% iso in it, i switch between 2 sets of trimmers. when one get’s sticky, into the jar it goes and out comes the clean one. quick wipe with a paper towel and i’ve barely slowed down lol.
