Yeah its way to high ive been fighting it for a minute. It wont drop down. Im gonna have to drain it a bit and see if i can get them ppms down.

The R/O water ppm test i did was 0 ppms 2 days ago? Usually its like 5-25 so the R/O filter is working.

Pick up a bottle of clr and try to soak one for a bit. It may be easier to just replace them as a chemical cleaner may break down whatever holds the sand stone together I have noticed they r a pain in the arse to clean tho and my wife hates seeing me buy new stones I went thru 4 in my res as I felt they were plugging up after a couple weeks going. I swear I seen less and less. Bubbles happen. Lol. Ok new one. Gotta hear wife biotch for 10 minutes because I blew 5 bucks on a.stone. Lol. I just used my old long one as a blade edge sharpener and keep an edge on my outdoor knifes and shit like that needs a good edge on it. Lol. Multi purpose I had a 14 inch strip bar that works great for my garden shears and knives.

There really stretching now. Its insane how they grow different in hydro. They take a very long time to flower but stretch at the same time vs soil/media. Did a little tucking and weaving.

Nice. I had one in coco do this to me had like a whole set that ran just under the top layer of coco when I watered I could see all the roots paths and all had to make sure I covered it with more coco to keep light from them.

. I love hydro. I get the roots popping out of the stalks all the time. I just let them go. Never really had any issues… only issues is usually the stalks get so big they have the net pots distorted and starting to split In The trough system. I’ve got a design in my head and a list of materials to make new trough system. 2 individual troughs 8 foot 4 plants each separate reservoirs , should work out nice

Can’t u just make bigger holes in one trought line and add bigger netty’s with rock wool cubes or just set a 4 inch cube in the hole and let the water just steady run past the blocks of rockwool. Y’all making me wanna digout a big enough pot and get me a dwc plant going. I don’t have a chiller tho and usually in flower is when I run into the issues with roots and shit being so much pumps running in the rez heats it up causing me root issues. Never had bad enough it kills the plants off but enough that it slows down the process and I end up with less than normal plant.

Plants seem to be filling out.Gave them second dose of BBPro last night ph was 6.1 Sat now 5.7 bumped my lights up to 50% I did water change last week but reservoir is down about 5gal when adding water should I also add nutrients to keep ppm levels right. I just ordered water chiller because water temp is climbing since I up lights to 50% up to 76 degrees

When my resivoir is down i add nutrients everytime. I tried the resivoir and total system water change and im not a fan. I only balance the system. So if they drink 2 or 3 gallons i make that amount and add it. When i was a little high on ppms like i was 2 weeks ago i only added R/O water to thin it out.
