I’m waiting till it warms a little before I start my Tampanensis spores.
It just make things a little easier for me to not have to supplement extra heat for the proper environment.
I’ve found the best way to share spores is in 10cc syringes of sterile h20.

I usually swap spore prints or swabs. Yeti is on swab. Are you making liquid culture or just spores in water?
Do you start on agar?

Ok I got a question, how do you cross spores and mycelium? I get the whole pollen female thing…asking for a friend lol.

Well my friend says it’s not easy. I personally never done it. I heard it involves snake venom. Not kidding. Generally people isolate specific phenos or mutations to increase the uniformity between fruits. It’s not as straight foreword as cannabis.

Wow, who would’a thought? That is strange indeed. Actually I thought it would be more about just finding a kick ass strain and then propagating it, I actually didn’t think that it would be possible to crossbreed anything that doesn’t have male/female pollen or pollination of some kind.

I love cartman! My favorite quote is from the very first episode when Cartman has to prove he has an alien probe up his butt. Theyre all telling him to “Fart, Cartman! Come on!” And cartman says “I DONT WANNA!!” Ahhhh fantastic show!

Oh hands down… One of my favorite TV shows. Some still make me squirm though. The Paris hilton episode “stupid spoiled whore” when Mr. Slave …umm “engulfs” her is still even hard for me to watch… LoL so terrible so gd true…

I’ve always collected spores on Aluminum foil and then added them to sterile h20 in syringes. I don’t start on agar. I’ve always used the syringes to inoculate my sterilized substrate @mothergoose.

Not a cubensis but a Cordyceps militaris
Crazy mushroom in the wild they grow out of insects. No kidding. I grow these on rice substrate not insects haha.

A mate and me went to collect a car from a very remote place and were highly blazed the 5 hour journey into mountains. The deal was he spoke like cartman the whole way back to anyone that we met along route. He looked like cartman too. I think our eyes were red from laughter. Brings me to another point. I went for a meeting at a place today, and they had a questionaire about any COVID symptoms you may have, one being red eyes.
