Hello Friends! Growing is my passion and i enjoy every aspect of it. In the garden every day! I have been growing for 12+ years and I learn more with every harvest. I now operate a 4000 square ft warehouse and its been up and running for about 3 years. “Grow cannabis” they said “you wont have to work any more” they said, haha this is a 24/7 deal and i love it. The 3 most important things in my life are my family, my dog and my grow. Yes, the dog works the grow. I am an Arizona native. Looking to learn somethings here and looking to share things.
Thanks for the Forum Growers Network!!

Hello Everyone!!! I am Ame’e,
I work for a company called Botanicare which is located in Arizona and we produce plastics, media, and nutrient for indoor and outdoor cultivation. I work on marketing material, sales support, r&d, and product support. I have a background in criminal justice and biology and worked in many different types of labs back in Buffalo NY, before recently moving to AZ (those east coast snow storms are no joke! haha). I enjoy hiking all over the southwest, cooking, and maintaining my outdoor garden. I looking forward to learning from what everyone has to offer and helping however I can!!
HAPPY GROWING!!!

Welcome @a.rollins - that’s quite a change, getting to leave the Buffalo winters behind.

Welcome @a.rollins!

Interesting background you have. Has the criminal justice bit been useful for your current work?

Not so much Criminal Justice yet, I was working more with crime scenes and evidence prior so this is a much happier place to work ha.

I can imagine! I tried applying for a crime scene specialist position here in Tucson because of my background in photography. I made it through most of the process, but I guess they didn’t like my interview. Oh well, their loss. Maybe you can use your knowledge from a consulting perspective?

HA that funny, I got to do crime scene photography there due to my background too (took a lot of photography classes when I was younger.) Now i just help taking photos of plants here every now and then.

Hi everyone, my name is Nick Kelly. I’m the founder and licensee/designer of Knights Hemplar tier 3 producer/processor in Hoquiam Wa. KH was licensed in Aug of 2015 and now has a year of sales in the rear view mirror as we enter into 2017. We are an all indoor hydroponic grow. We sprout about 25 strains with 6 being our main hitters. Currently we have expanded to 8500 square feet and expect to hit our 30k if not this summer then next. At that time we will get into doing some outdoor which is very exciting.

I’m an IT and audio engineer, been messing around with midi and sound desing/sampling since 1988. I have a degree in Audio Engineering from the Seattle Art Institute Back in the day I made a few 12" dance records and some commercial audio when living in San Jose and Albany in Norther Ca in the mid to late 90’s. Got into growing in 1994 with some close friends from Humboldt.

Looking forward to networking with like minded folks and enable the industry to flourish! I measure my own success by how I help others to succeed. Feel free to checkout my instigram at https://www.instagram.com/the_knights_hemplar/ and I keep a FB at knightshemplar.com as a sort of journel of our progression if you want to check it out as well. It’s not updated as often at the instigram. Feel free to reach out anytime

Lol I worked at all Apple when I was in the South bay back when they were without Jobs. It was an interesting time to be in Cupertino for sure. He was busy with NEXT which eventually became Pixar. Glad to know you as well and thank you!

@Knights_Hemplar… Can you explain a little bit more about what method of hydro growing you use and what medium? Welcome aboard. I’m a startup grower in Alaska, and interested in your methods and how you’ve successfully grown your business.

Any really good ones you like? Always interested to see what fellow photographers are doing.

@Knights_Hemplar Welcome! Glad to have you on board. Do you have any midis or pieces that we could listen to?

Alaska, I’m from Alaska! Graduated from Chugiak High in 1985. I would love to get involved in something up there actually I have property available in the Matsu Valley near Big Lake. KH uses a mix of vermiculite perlite. Just to get us going we went with the most simple that was tested and true. We are working towards a sea of green technique that will up our yield.
