Welcome to the community, Dylan. We filmed Glass House Farms (Greenhouse), Honeydew Farms (Outdoor) and Canndescent (Indoor) out in California for Canna Cribs. The beautiful Cali weather allows for all types of cultivation. What type of grow operation do you operate?

I currently run a small private grow for a soil amendment company. Just gathering some data about growth rates. I previously worked for the two largest facilities in the Coachella Valley, both right next door to Canndescent (one literally).

Hi all, I’m an old vet, when it comes to cannabis, who recently popped out of the shadows to take a job working in a commercial medical marijuana grow in Arizona. It’s been alot of fun learning best practices at scale.
One of the big benifits of coming out of the shadows is just being able to talk about it, so… I’m looking forward to sharing in many stimulating conversations here.

Hi Everyone,
My name is Austin, I’m new to the site and wanted to introduce myself. My family owns PK Farms (aka. Pineapple Kush). We are a 4th generation, organic, outdoor, cultivation and distribution company for the past 50 years in the beautiful triangle of northern california. We grow mostly outdoor with some newer transition to under roof and we are best known for our concentrate product but also hadle a large quantity of flower as well. We are always looking to find a new product or to improve our existing ones. I would enjoy/appreciate any thoughts, insight, ideas, and basically anything positive or progressive to help expand my knowledge as well as the cannabis industry as a whole. I’m Janet from Good Living Acres in upstate NY.
My husband and I added CBD hemp to our farm for the 2020 grow season. Since we have room inside the barn we renovated part of it to do a few indoor grows to learn about the plant. Our first harvest will be completed in about 3 weeks. 
The farm has been run in an organic manner for more than 15 years, and we are looking into getting the hemp grow areas certified organic.
I appreciate all the information I’m reading on this network.
I’m hoping we can connect with much needed supplies. Being a small farm and not needing 10,000 of any one thing especially seeds - supplies have been interesting.
As we learn the ropes we are glad to share anything (which isn’t much right now) we know.

Jon here from Real American Capital Holdings. Our publicly traded company has several divisions acting like a HUB for the cannabis industry. My focus since 2009 was food security for the planet and via a circuitous route from natural foods to “organic” farming to “Cannabis” now our main focus.
Background wise, in the 60’s and 70’s I was a grower in Mendocino/Humboldt counties in Norcal. Then a smuggler from Columbia and Jamaica, left that endeavor by the “skin of my teeth” whatever that means, but I never did jail time, got out just in time.
So we don’t grow anything now our main focus is soil “REGENERATION” believing that Carbon sequestration is the answer to the climate crisis.
Our company has 5 divisions all catering to the cannabis industry. State of the art LED lighting/monitoring systems; Soil Regeneration, blooming formula, climate formulas; greenhouse construction & technical trouble detection consulting, equipment/land leasing for growers, and additional dirt restoration-to-living soil products.
We are still interested in reverse merging/acquiring ancillary companies synergistic to the Hemp industry. Vertical integration w/ all the division sharing the stock and profits of the Holding company.

Nice to meet everybody.
Im an English guy and I own a cannabis club in Malaga Spain. Been running it now for the past 5 years. The legislation is not quite as relaxed here so we still get a lot of heat.
We are a members club that cultivates solely for members consumption.
We are currently looking for some legit Cali strains for the club to start from seed but it’s a land mine out here. Although we have some excellent strains here, Europe has a lot of diluted genetics that aren’t quite up to scratch in comparison to the originals. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.
