The difference between us and the Big Guys, is they copy other peoples products. I work with the Mfr’s’ and tell them what to make me. I get exclusive access to all of my newest products. Old ones eventually get sold off to the larger companies who sell copies. But I am all about the latest and greatest products on the market.

My name is Steve Zwonitzer and I’m a business partner/owner of Upshot Products, a cannabis product development and consulting company with its own line of products. I’m very honored to be accepted into this community; thank you. My goal is to help the owners of companies in various industries represented here with with innovation and innovative ideas! I’m an industrial designer by training and have owned a consumer product development firm for more than 15 years before, in 2015, my business partner and physicist; David Brammer, and I joined forces to create Upshot Products. We had worked together for many years developing consumer, industrial and medical products, we’re now focused on developing products for the cannabis industry such as equipment, devices, vaporizers and our own product line; the AccuDosers. AccuDosers are an innovative new applicator and dabber for accurately dispensing concentrated cannabis oils as well as RSO.
We’re a senior team of industrial designers, mechanical and electrical engineers, rapid prototypers, manufacturing partners and even a physicist! Each member of our team comes from a background of developing complex products within a variety of consumer, industrial and medical industries. One of our specialities focuses on the vaporization process and the many ways in which it can be improved through design and engineering to provide better safety, efficiency and flavor.
Lastly, and most importantly; I have a lovely wife and 2 awesome kids that keep me (and my ideas) grounded. Our crazy dog Leopold helps too! I’ve taken the bold personal, political and professional step forward to stand behind the cannabis plant with confidence knowing the benefits are amazing! The unfortunate stigma of marijuana must be set aside in American culture!

My mother in law is suffering excruciating pain, so I’ve been helping her select cannabis over pain killers. She’s 75+ and an ex-school teacher; but she’s totally open to trying cannabis. So much safer than pain killers.

When we started Upshot Products our goal then and now is to bring the much needed innovation to the cannabis industry.
In our world of product design and manufacturing; it’s becoming harder and harder to innovate many consumer products simply due to the years and years of consumer product development and refinement. For example, another toaster isn’t all that earthshaking.
However, in the cannabis space, innovation is so welcomed and needed that it was an easy choice to focus our problem solving creativity in this industry! It’s making product design new and fun again; even a sense of gratification for solving new problems that just weren’t around before legalization and massive grows.
